Yup..like spoiler says..the member of Akatsuki, the true leader (former) Tobi aka Uchiha Madara was headed five kages. He was talking about his project and purpose to the kages. Unfortunely, there are no poin of understanding, so the war is declare !! What a great war !! Next chapter i Guess....
